How to change the status of one or more estimates?

To change the status of one or more estimates, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Sales module.
  2. Click on the Estimates tab (at the top left of your screen).
  3. Check the box for the estimate(s) whose status you want to change.
  4. In the dropdown menu “Actions,” select the option “Modify Status.”
  5. A window will appear. In the dropdown menu “Estimate Status,” choose the status you want to assign to your estimate(s) (draft, sent, rejected, accepted, or expired).
