How to import an estimation ?

To import a estimation into your Hsabati account, follow these steps:

1. Click on Dashboard.
2. Click on the + button (top left).
3. Click on File Import.
4. Click on the “Choose a Template” button. In the dropdown menu, select “estimation.”
5. Click on “You can import a CSV file” to import your estimation. The file must be in CSV format.
6. A new window will appear. Match each detail of your estimation to an Hsabati field.
7. If an error message appears, check and uncheck a box.
8. Click Next to continue.
9. Click Import. When prompted with the question “Are you sure you want to import this data?” click Yes.
10. If you have correctly filled in the estimation details and matched them to their respective fields, the message “Import Successful” will appear at the top of the screen. Click Close.
11. Want to view your new estimation ? Go to the Sales module. Find your invoice in the list of numbers and click on it. A window will open, providing you access to all the detailed information of your document.
