Hsabati Export System Update: Faster, Smoother, More Efficient
We’re pleased to announce a complete overhaul of our export module. The main goal? Significantly reduce loading times and let you keep working without waiting for files to generate.
How does it work now?
- When you click “Export”, your request is immediately processed in the background. You can continue using Hsabati without any interruption.
- Once your document is ready, you’ll receive a notification. From there, simply go to the exports section — available via the top-right menu — to download your file.
- All your recent exports are stored in one place, making it easier to track and retrieve your files.
File availability:
Each exported document remains available for seven (7) calendar days. After that, it is automatically deleted to ensure data security and maintain system performance. If you still need the file after it expires, just submit a new export request — it will benefit from the same fast processing.

- Improved user experience: a clear export history lets you know exactly which files are ready or in progress.
