How to create a new client record on Hsabati?

To create a new client, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to “CRM” and then “Clients.”
  1. Click on “Add a Client.”
  2. Fill in the “General Information” before moving on to other sections.
  3. Enter the billing and shipping details under “Billing & Shipping.”
  4. Fill in the “Bank Details.”
  5. The “Revenue” will be automatically updated as the client is invoiced.

Advanced Options:

In the “Advanced Options” section, you have the ability to:

  • Set a “Maximum Credit” to limit the client’s outstanding balance.
  • Apply a “Permanent Discount” so that it is automatically reflected in invoices.
  • Add “Payment Terms.”
  • Define the “Client Category”.

Click “Save” to finalize the creation of your client record.
