How to create a new client record on Hsabati?
To create a new client, please follow these steps:
- Go to “CRM” and then “Clients.”

- Click on “Add a Client.”
- Fill in the “General Information” before moving on to other sections.
- Enter the billing and shipping details under “Billing & Shipping.”
- Fill in the “Bank Details.”
- The “Revenue” will be automatically updated as the client is invoiced.

Advanced Options:
In the “Advanced Options” section, you have the ability to:
- Set a “Maximum Credit” to limit the client’s outstanding balance.
- Apply a “Permanent Discount” so that it is automatically reflected in invoices.
- Add “Payment Terms.”
- Define the “Client Category”.

Click “Save” to finalize the creation of your client record.
