How to check the status of receipts?

To check the status of receipts, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Reports module and click on the Purchases tab.
  2. Click on “Select a report type.”
  3. Select “Status of receipts.”
  4. Choose the period from the dropdown menu (Last 6 months, Last 12 months, or Custom period), as well as the relevant supplier.
  5. Finally, click on “Export” to download your report in Excel, CSV, or PDF format.
