How to add roles?

With role management on Hsabati, you can assign each team member the exact permissions they need. This makes collaboration easier and helps prevent errors caused by unauthorized access.

To add roles, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on the Settings button (at the top right corner of your screen).
  • Click on the three-dot menu (also at the top right corner of your screen), then click on Collaborators.
  • In the Role field, enter a name for the role.
  • In the Permissions section, check the modules, settings, and custom modules you want to assign to the role.
  • Finally, click Save to store your data.
