How to allow the conversion of prospects into customers ?

To allow the conversion of prospects into customers, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on Settings (at the top right corner of your screen).
2. Click on the Customers tab.
3. Then, check the box: Allow the conversion of prospects into customers.
4. Finally, click the Save button to save your data.
