How to archive a client?

To archive a client, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the CRM module.
  2. Check the box next to the client you want to archive.
  3. Click on the “Actions” dropdown menu and select “Archive.”
  4. A small new window will appear. Click on “Save” to save your data.
